Set against the backdrop of the historic Castle, in 77 acres of picturesque woodland gardens in the only coastal village in the Lake District National Park, the settings could not be more idyllic for your meeting, conference, event or product launch. Whether you're planning an informal meeting for 2, a formal conference for 100, team building or a training day, Muncaster has a range of rooms and facilities available to meet your requirements and budget.

Whilst the service will be as you would expect for a luxury setting, the food is no less a standard. Home-made on site with local produce, this helps add that extra touch of class to your day and all from £35 + VAT per day delegate.

Dine in style - All 24 hour packages will include a 3 course dinner at the Pennington Hotel but if you want to dine in real style, you can book a 3, 4 or 5 course evening meal in the Castle itself from only £45 pp extra (drinks excluded).

Whether for a small or large conference, meeting or event, Muncaster Castle, set on the beautiful Lake District coast, provides the ideal location. Utilising the Castle or any of the meeting rooms or marquee, we can cater from 2 to 100 delegates, or even up to 200 in exceptional circumstances, for your conference or fine dining event.

Product launches and special events - The once called ‘Gateway to Paradise’ (Ruskin), the picturesque setting of the Lake District hills in the background or the beautiful village of Ravenglass (once the second largest port on the West coast of England in Roman times), with a variety of different rooms and a full onsite catering team, we are able to make sure your day goes smoothly whilst enjoying the majestic setting of the historic Castle and Gardens. With the extensive Gardens we are also able to hold team building days, either helping to set your objectives through a network of fully qualified instructors, or by acting as a host to your chosen supplier.
